Delete your account and data

You can delete your FaithGuide account and everything associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your saved verses and prayers
• Your journal entries
• Your streaks, points and progress
• Your profile and preferences (name, denomination, morning time)
• Any Prayer Circle posts you created

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open FaithGuide.
2. Go to the You tab and open Settings (the gear icon).
3. Under Account, tap Delete my account and data.
4. Confirm. Your account and all data are removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@faithguideapp.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account and data. We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days.

About your membership

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid membership, because billing is handled by Apple or Google, not by us. If you have a membership, cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Data we keep

Once deleted, your personal content is gone. We may retain limited, anonymous records required for legal, security or accounting purposes (for example, a record that a purchase occurred), which cannot be used to identify you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
