FaithGuide membership is billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), so all changes are made there:
Cancelling stops future billing and keeps your access until the end of the current period. We do not have access to charge, refund or cancel on your behalf - the app stores handle all billing.
Open FaithGuide, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchase. As long as you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with, your membership will come straight back.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, request a refund through the Google Play Store order history. If something went wrong on our end, email us first and we will do everything we can.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, either in the app (Settings → Delete my account and data) or by emailing support@faithguideapp.com from the address on your account. See our account deletion guide for full steps, or our Privacy Policy for details.
