These terms govern your use of FaithGuide, operated by Reid Media. By using the app you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
FaithGuide gives you daily scripture, prayer, journaling and an AI companion called Shepherd. You agree to use it lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to breach the security of the service.
Joining FaithGuide is free. New members receive full access to everything free for their first 7 days. This is a no-charge trial - no payment is taken during it. Afterwards, the daily morning check-in and verse stay free, and membership unlocks unlimited Shepherd conversations, unlimited verses and unlimited personalised prayers. Membership is a recurring subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown at purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time through your App Store or Google Play account. Prices may change; we will always tell you before a change affects you.
Shepherd is an AI companion intended to encourage you in faith and help you engage with scripture. It is not a substitute for your church, pastor, or professional, medical or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services. Scripture references and AI responses are provided in good faith but may contain errors.
When you post to the Prayer Circle you are sharing with other members. Be kind and respectful. Do not post anything unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing or spam. We may remove content and restrict accounts that breach these terms. You are responsible for what you choose to share.
Your journal entries, saved verses and prayers remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display them back to you and, for Prayer Circle posts, to the members you share them with.
We work to keep FaithGuide available and improving, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Reid Media is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
You can stop using FaithGuide and cancel membership at any time through your app store. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
